Study abroad advice that nobody paid us to give you.

Fair question, and you should ask it of everyone. We are not going to point at a success count we have not built yet. What we will do is show you our reasoning in writing before you pay anything, put the fee and refund terms in the agreement, and take no money from any university, so there is nothing quietly pulling the advice in a direction. Judge the first free call on its own merits. If it is not useful, you have lost half an hour.

No. We hold no agency or representation agreement with any university, and we do not accept referral payments from them, from banks or from insurance and forex providers. Our fee comes from the student and nowhere else. That is the whole reason we can put a low fee public university and an expensive private one on the same list and treat them evenly.

The first profile review is free, and so is the shortlisting discussion that follows it. Beyond that we quote a flat fee in writing, based on how many countries and applications you want handled, before any money changes hands. Test prep is priced separately so you are not paying for it if you do not need it.

Our registered office is in Madhapur, Hyderabad. Most of the work happens over video, simply because it is faster for everyone and it lets us take students from any city rather than only the ones who can travel to us. You get evening and weekend slots, sessions can be recorded for your parents, and if you are in Hyderabad and would rather sit across a table for the first meeting, ask and we will arrange it.

For a September start, roughly nine to twelve months ahead. That leaves room for a retake if your first English or GRE attempt falls short, and it puts your file in front of admissions committees while scholarship money is still unallocated. Starting six months out is still workable. Starting three months out usually means fewer funded seats and a rushed visa file.

It narrows the list, it does not close it. Universities look at the trend across your semesters, what you did during the gap and whether you can explain it without sounding defensive. The work is in building the rest of the file so it carries the weight, and in choosing departments that read applications properly rather than filtering on a cutoff.

Sometimes. A number of universities accept a Medium of Instruction letter, a Duolingo score or your Class 12 English marks instead. But the university waiver and the visa requirement are two separate things, and several countries still expect a recognised English test at the visa stage. We check both before advising you to skip the exam.

Nobody can promise a visa, and you should walk away from anyone who does. What we can do is remove the reasons files get refused. Weak financial documentation, a course that does not follow from your degree, a shaky answer about your plans after graduating, or a sponsor relationship that is hard to prove. Fix those four and the file looks very different.
